Itβs an historic place, a factory built in 1896. Itβs kind of like a cross between a vintage shopping center and an artistsβ colony. It has a ton of history behind it AND it is an official site of the Northern Indiana Quilt Gardens along the Heritage Trail. This Goshen plant used to be one of the largest and most important factories owned by the Chicago Detroit Bag Company.
Miller Soft Wash cleaned the awnings of the Old Bag Factory renewing the look of the old historical building tremendously!
Also pressure washed the front entry steps and redid the loose steps that were a hazard to step on with the help of my daughter Ezlyn Rain Miller (3)
Also past pressure washing projects involved the cleaning of Los Primos Mexican Grill which is only about a 4 minute walk from the Electric Brew.
The picture above is of the building behind the Los Primos Mexican Grill restaurant that we cleaned where they want to expand their restaurant too also.
