Q: Do I have to be Home when you Work on my Property?
A: No, we do not require you to be home, when we are to arrive at your home to clean. You just must make sure there are no cars in the driveway (if we are cleaning your driveway) and there is access to water.
Q: Will your Pressure Washer cause Damage to my Property?
A: A true professional will tell you, that the only thing we use pressure on, is concrete and when cleaning a wood deck. All other surfaces are cleaned with low pressure, sometimes called “soft washing”.Roofs and houses are chemically cleaned for a better, deeper and longer lasting clean.
COVID-19 Status
We will social distance if you so request. We have it set up so that we do not need to meet in person at all. We do online estimates using Google Earth and do accept online payment using our Markate app which we run our business through. This allows us to schedule online and then we will wash the exterior and then send a invoice when we are done with the link to our online payment process. We do however not practice social distancing unless you so request. Thank you and stay safe.
